The Truck Festival has recently revealed an exciting second wave of artists for this year’s event, including Sophie Ellis-Bextor, The Amazons, Heartworms, and many others. The news came after Jamie T, Wet Leg, The Streets, and Idles were announced as the festival’s headliners in Oxford’s Hill Farm from July 25 to 28.
Ellis-Bextor exclaimed, “Oh wow – I’m incredibly excited to be playing this year’s Truck Festival! To be on a line-up with so many amazing artists is wonderful, and I can’t wait to party with you all under the sunshine.” The Amazons also commented on the news and declared their excitement to once again return to this festival.
Other artists set to play in this year’s festival include The Kooks, Declan McKenna, Yard Act, Holly Humberstone, Sea Girls, Black Honey, Peace, The Snuts, Soft Play, The Mysterines, Sundara Karma, English Teacher, The Magic Gang, Bob Vylan, Katy B, and more. The weekend at Hill Farm will feature the Oxford Symphony Orchestra and offer music lovers a chance to experience some of the classical arrangements mashed up with modernity from these emerging artists.
Festival Director Matt Harrap expressed his excitement regarding the new additions to the line-up, saying, “That’s right, we’ve got more! With less than 150 days to go till we open the doors to Truck 2024, we’re delighted to welcome some more amazing names to the lineup across the weekend – from long-time Truck favourites, to some of our favourite new bands causing waves across the UK and some bonafide summer legends.”
Last year, Royal Blood, Alt-J, Two Door Cinema Club, and The Wombats were the festival’s headliners. There are still tickets available
