The team responsible for running The Cause and All My Friends will be reopening a dormant pub in Peckham later this month. The Greyhound will open on Friday, March 8 after undergoing renovation works. It will include a DI Audio soundsystem and will host events every week from Tuesday to Sunday until 1:30 a.m., featuring a full program of DJs to be scheduled. The pub will offer people a free drink on first entry.
Whilst the team behind The Greyhound originally announced that it was going to open in 2023, further development works and tenancy challenges pushed the opening date back. The stakeholders apologised for the delay, saying that they had “kept you all in the dark with our progress, but we have also been kept in the dark ourselves – literally.”
News of The Greyhound’s reopening has excited the music and pub scenes because of the establishment’s high-profile owners. Nonetheless, with its sophisticated amenities and unique atmosphere, The Greyhound is sure to become a favoured hotspot for entertainment-seekers in the months to come.
The Greyhound is more like a live music venue than a typical pub. In terms of its location, it sits in one of the city’s busiest areas. You can find a variety of related information about the pub on its official website
