Rhys Angelo Emile Herbert, otherwise known as Digga D, has been charged with involvement in the supply of cannabis after police raided his home in Bracebridge Heath, Lincoln last Wednesday (February 21). The raid began while Digga was in the middle of an Instagram Live. Police vehicles, dogs and drones were present during the two hour raid. Audio from the live stream reveals Digga yelling at the police, asking what they want, before being told to “come to the front door with [his] hands [up]”. Following the raid, Digga appeared at Lincoln Magistrates Court on February 22 where he was charged with a “being concerned in the supply of cannabis and fraudulent evasion of the prohibition of the importation.”

Digga only spoke to confirm his identity at court and gave “no indication to both charges” when asked to enter a plea. A plea and trial preparation hearing has been scheduled for March 25 at Lincoln Crown Court. Representatives for Digga D have been contacted for comment.
