BBC Three is currently airing the second season of RuPaul’s Drag Race: UK vs. The World, which features 11 contestants from different versions of the hit show. Judges RuPaul, Michelle Visage, Alan Carr, and Graham Norton will determine the winner, who will receive a cash prize of £50,000. The show’s current season premiered with the first two episodes already aired, and new episodes premiere every Friday night on BBC Three.
Drag Race fans are in luck, as a UK-wide tour featuring the show’s cast has been announced for spring. This nine-show run will take the cast to cities across the UK in April. The tour begins on April 25th at Glasgow’s O2 Academy and ends on May 4th at Birmingham’s O2 Academy. Tickets for the shows go on sale at 10 am UK time on February 23rd.
Two contestants have already been eliminated from the competition, namely Arantxa Castilla-La Mancha from the first season of the Spanish version of the show and Mayhem Miller from the 10th season of the US adaptation. Other contestants on the show include Gothy Kendoll, Choriza May, Jonbers Blonde, Scarlet Envy, and La Grande Dame.
The show has also planned various celebrity guests to come and judge its new season, including Katherine Ryan, Motsi Mabuse, 80s pop star Sinitta, and Tom Daley. Fans of the show are eagerly anticipating the latest competition and the chance to see the performers on-stage in the upcoming tour
