Kieran Hebden, known by his stage name Four Tet, is set to release his new album ‘Three’ via his label Text Records on March 15. The announcement was made by the artist himself recently, who also shared the first single from the album titled ‘Daydream Repeat’. The six-minute track starts with a techno beat that breaks down into a cheerful melody, which creates a dreamy vibe.
The album, which contains a total of eight tracks, features three surreal singles that are different from each other, including ‘Loved’ with hip hop and jazz flavors, and ‘Three Drums’, which presents a breath-like rhythm over an atmospheric beat. This is Four Tet’s first full-length album since ‘Parallel’ in 2020; however, he has released several tracks under his pseudonym ⣎⡇ꉺლ༽இ•̛)ྀ◞ ༎ຶ ༽ৣৢ؞ৢ؞ؖ ꉺლ.
Four Tet was recently part of a two-day party in New York titled ‘Four Tet & Friends’ featuring a lineup of artists such as Daphni, Floating Points, Avalon Emerson, Laurel Halo, among others. The artist has also toured with the likes of Skrillex and Fred Again. Besides releasing new music, Four Tet had recently settled a dispute with his former label Domino over streaming royalties.
