Indie rockers The Dandy Warhols have released their newest track, ‘I’d Like to Help You With Your Problem’, featuring legendary Guns N’ Roses guitarist, Slash. The song will be included on their forthcoming 12th studio album ‘Rockmaker’, set to be released on March 15th by Sunset Blvd. Records. Interested fans can preorder the album here.

The new song features the band’s signature melodic sound combined with Slash’s two-handed tapping guitar riffs to make a catchy, unforgettable tune. When asked about the song, Dandy Warhols frontman Courtney Taylor-Taylor stated, “The first time we heard it back in our studio, we just stared at each other with our mouths open…What he played on the track is amazing. I’ve never heard him play quite like that, but what is so fascinating to me is that it is clearly him playing. As recognizable as a familiar human voice.”

Taylor-Taylor also mentioned that he envisioned the song to have a “Vietnam-era acid rock sound,” which he believed could only be achieved by acquiring Slash’s guitar skills. Furthermore, the band’s previous single ‘Dancing With Myself’ featured Pixies’ Frank Black, while ‘Summer of Hate’ was their first single released last summer.

Slash, known for his exceptional guitar skills, has recently been busy working on a world tour with Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators. Not only has he lent his talent to The Dandy Warhols, but also made an appearance along with Bruce Springsteen, Brian May, and Ronnie Wood on a recent charitable project, ‘Going Home: Theme of the Local Hero.’ The project was helmed by Mark Knopfler for the Teenage Cancer Trust
