UK singer John Glacier has signed with the Young label. Glacier announced that she will release a new EP called “Like A Ribbon” on February 23. The announcement was made on Instagram. Prior to the complete release of the EP, her collaboration with Eartheater called “Money Shows” was released, complete with a self-directed music video that features Glacier for the first time. The video captures the dualities of Glacier’s life and pairs Eartheater’s casual flow and backing vocals with a shadowy beat produced by Kwes Darko. It is inspired by post-punk with darkly strummed guitar notes.
Glacier’s EP has production from Flume and Vegyn, executive producers of her debut album “SHILOH: Lost for Words” last year. She followed up this record with a collaborative album with Surf Gang titled “JGSG”. John Glacier also fronted Daniel Lee’s first Burberry campaign last year. You can pre-order the EP here.
