The line-up for the 21st edition of Download Festival, which will be held at Donington Park from June 14-16, 2024, has been announced. Joining previously announced headliners Queens of the Stone Age, Avenged Sevenfold, and Fall Out Boy are Busted, Wheatus, Tom Morello, Enter Shikari, Electric Callboy, Frank Carter and The Rattlesnakes, The Struts, Of Mice & Men, Black Stone Cherry, Mr Bungle, The Hunna, Escape The Fate, AViVA, HEALTH, Cemetery Sun, Asinhell, Ne Obliviscaris, Zebrahead, Guilt Trip, Ithaca, Code Orange, and Royal Republic.

Busted expressed their excitement about performing in a press release, saying that they are honoured to be on a bill with so many acts that have inspired them and continue to challenge them to be better musicians. They also shared that it is a real moment in their career and that they are going to go all out for the event.

Tickets for the festival, which has also revealed the day splits, are on sale now at Ticketmaster. The 22 acts will join the previously announced artists, which include prolific musicians such as Royal Blood, The Offspring, Machine Head, Pantera, Bad Omens, Corey Taylor, While She Sleeps, Sum 41, Billy Talent, The Used, Babymetal, Bowling For Soup, Heilung, Polyphia, Thy Art Is Murder, The Black Dahlia Murder, Biohazard, and Fear Factory.

In an interview with NME, Josh Homme and Dean Fertita of Queens of the Stone Age shared their thoughts on their decision to headline the festival, stating that there is no reason to be anxious, and that every night should be fresh and different from the previous ones.

The festival also revealed that Liquid Death, a sustainable canned water company, will be its first-ever headline partner. Liquid Death has partnered with the festival to eliminate single-use plastic, which will return again this year. Download’s Andy Copping praised the 20th anniversary celebrations of last year and discussed his excitement for what DLXXI has in store. He added that with first-time headliners and the addition of the festival’s first headline partner, the festival is moving forward and celebrating a bright future with its community
