The “Teñata” tour has three dates in May 2024 in Boston, New York and Chicago, with more dates to be announced. The duo will be supported by El Michels Affair, who performed with Gibbs and Madlib for a Tiny Desk Concert in 2019. Eyedress and Pink Siifu will also support them on select dates.
Tickets for the show go on sale to the general public this Friday, January 26, at 10am EST. There are pre-sales available from today, January 23 at 10am EST, with links to the ticket websites on the official announcement. In addition to his music career, Gibbs will also make his film debut in ‘Down with the King,’ in which he plays a successful rapper contemplating his career path. The Teñata tour promises to be a strong reminder of Gibbs and Madlib’s celebrated creativity and talent. With the tour being held in honor of the record’s 10th anniversary, it’s a must-see for fans of their work
