David Crowe, a 33-year-old man from Seattle, has been arrested in New York and charged with two counts of harassment and two counts of stalking near Taylor Swift’s home. The New York Police Department responded to complaints about an “emotionally disturbed male acting erratically” in the area. Crowe was taken into custody without further incidents and no injuries were reported.
This incident follows the recent arrest of another man who was allegedly trying to enter Swift’s home. The NYPD hasn’t confirmed whether the first suspect was linked to the harassment and stalking case. Swift was away from her home at the time of the incident, supporting her NFL boyfriend Travis Kelce.

Another man faced trespassing and stalking charges back in 2022 after repeatedly attempting to enter two New York homes linked to Swift. In 2018, a stalker broke into Swift’s NYC townhouse and was subsequently sentenced to six months in jail.
Despite these incidents, Swift continues to break records. As new figures recently revealed, one in every 15 vinyl records sold in the United States in 2023 was by Swift. Moreover, her concert film, ‘The Eras Tour’ officially became the highest-grossing concert movie of all time earlier this month, overtaking Michael Jackson’s ‘This Is It’.
Swift is due to bring her ongoing ‘Eras Tour’ to the UK and Ireland this summer, with support from Paramore
