UK weather: Storm Jocelyn to bring strong winds and heavy rain in wake of Isha

Storm Jocelyn is set to hit the United Kingdom just a day after Storm Isha caused two fatalities and left thousands of homes powerless. The latest storm is expected to bring heavy rains and strong winds, with weather warnings being issued for parts of England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales.

A man in his sixties was killed when a tree fell on his car in Limavady, County Londonderry, while an 84-year-old man died in a car crash in Falkirk. Northern Ireland had 13,000 customers still without power, and Electricity North West till had 6,300 homes without power.
ScotRail trains would also be suspended from Tuesday evening due to the strong winds. The Met Office has issued yellow “wind” warnings for travel disruption due to possible damage to buildings.
