Musician Faye Webster has announced the dates for her 2024 US tour in support of her upcoming album, ‘Underdressed At The Symphony’. The album, due to be released on March 1 via Secretly Canadian, features the previously released single ‘Lego Ring’. On January 12, Webster revealed the album title and track on social media. The tour will see Webster playing a series of shows in Florida and Alabama in March before heading to Europe in the spring and returning to the US in the summer.
The UK leg of the tour will include gigs in Dublin, Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds, London, Brighton and Bristol. Webster will also perform at venues in Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, and France. The tour will culminate in a performance at the Primavera Sound festival in Barcelona, Spain.
This new tour comes after Webster’s 2021 album, ‘I Know I’m Funny Haha’, which earned four stars from NME. Ahead of ‘Underdressed At The Symphony’, Webster shared snippets of the album, including ‘But Not Kiss’ and ‘Lifetime’. The musician is set to perform with rapper Lil Yachty on ‘Lego Ring’.
Speaking to NME in 2019 after supporting Australian indie musician Stella Donnelly on tour, Webster said, “It was awesome. I think that tour was special because – people came to that tour because it was me and Stella. It’s rare as an opening act for people to be there to see you. She’s like my sister.”
