British band Enter Shikari has released a teaser on social media for new material that may feature a collaboration with David Attenborough. The graphic displayed is accompanied by the number “333”. The band’s frontman, Rou Reynolds, posted a clip on Instagram of him singing with a cardboard cutout of the British broadcaster and biologist. Although a collaboration might not be likely, fans have suggested that the number may be an indication of a collaboration with Fever 333, who will join Enter Shikari on tour next month.
Enter Shikari’s latest album, A Kiss For The World, was released in 2023, with NME sharing in a four-star review that “Their message is as potent as ever as is the conviction. Amid the bleakness of cost-of-living-crisis Britain, the shot of joy it provides is a welcome tonic, particularly from unexpected quarters”.
Last year, Enter Shikari called for solidarity among fans and gig spaces to “show the Tory government and the landlord c**ts that our culture of live music is not for sale”. The band will donate £1 from each ticket sold for their upcoming UK arena tour, in support of Music Venue Trust.
The band is set to play both this year’s Rock For People festival and HellFest Open Air festival
