After several days of heavy rainfall, river levels continue to rise in Cookham, Berkshire, causing 24 flood warnings and 30 flood alerts to be issued throughout the county. In spite of the dangers posed by the floods, one man in Cookham decided to make the most of the situation by wakeboarding through the flood water. Footage taken of the man shows him expertly navigating through the ankle-deep water, showing off his skills to the gathering audience.

While the video may provide some entertainment value, the flooding itself is no laughing matter. Residents across the county have been advised to remain vigilant and take precautions to protect their properties and possessions.
