Two people, a woman and a teenager, have died in a two-car crash in Oldham, according to Greater Manchester Police. The accident occurred on Saturday at around 4 pm on Ripponden Road. A 13-year-old passenger was also critically injured. The police said that a 42-year-old male, who was driving the other car, has been arrested and remains in custody for questioning.
The force has appealed to the public to come forward with any information regarding the car, which was identified as a black BMW X5, and may have been in the area prior to the accident.
