Several weeks after this discovery, Levy was initially arrested but then released while the investigation continued. Later in August, Wilkins was found dead in a car park in Tottenham, north London. Following this second death, Levy was arrested and charged with murder in September, and by November, he had also been formally charged with the murder of Valencia-Trujillo. Valencia-Trujillo was originally from Colombia.

These offenses are alleged to have been committed against another woman in Tottenham in January 2025. The trial for all these allegations is scheduled to take place in June.
