Police have made an arrest following the death of a man found injured on Christmas Day in Glasgow. The incident took place on Napiershall Street, close to Great Western Road in the city’s west end, shortly before midnight on Thursday.
The victim, a 38-year-old whose identity has not been released, was discovered at around 23:40. He was immediately taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, according to Scotland’s police force.
Authorities have since charged a 36-year-old man in connection with the death. The individual is expected to appear in Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday to face the charges brought against him.
