A man aged 55 was shot and killed in north-west London, prompting the Metropolitan Police to open a murder investigation. The incident took place on West End Close, Stonebridge, Brent, with officers responding to the shooting at 21:35 GMT on Friday. Despite emergency first aid administered on site, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
