Television presenter Holly Willoughby has been ordered to pay a fine exceeding £1,600 following her admission to careless driving. The incident occurred on August 28 near her residence in Richmond, located in south-west London, where she was driving her Mini Cooper without the necessary care and attention.
During a session at Lavender Hill Magistrates’ Court, the 44-year-old was penalised with a £1,653 fine, which must be settled within 14 days. Additionally, she received six penalty points on her driving licence. Willoughby did not appear in person at the court hearing, instead submitting a guilty plea by post.
Holly Willoughby is widely recognised for her previous role as a host on ITV’s daytime programme This Morning, a position she stepped down from in October 2023. She is also known for her involvement with the television show Dancing On Ice.
