A courageous rail worker who is being hailed as a hero for his actions during a mass stabbing incident on a train has regained consciousness in the hospital. Samir Zitouni, 48, was part of the catering crew on the Doncaster to London King’s Cross service when the attack occurred while passing through Cambridgeshire on 1 November.
