“We welcome and support the government’s intention to extend this legislation across all rented housing and would like to see proposals as soon as possible.”

“Mould doesn’t end with the public sector, the issue is in the private rented sector on a huge scale, and still needs to be tackled with something approaching the same rigour,” the organisation says.
