Customers of other telecom firms that use Vodafone’s network, such as Voxi and Lebara, also experienced disruptions. Uswitch’s telecoms expert, Sabrina Hoque, highlighted the frustration customers face during such outages, especially when the duration is uncertain. Cloudflare Radar observed a significant drop in internet traffic related to Vodafone. The company has not disclosed the specific cause of the outage, but cyber expert Daniel Card emphasized the importance of swift response to network failures to maintain public trust and ensure smooth digital infrastructure operation.
