Authorities reported that a mother and her young child narrowly escaped a terrifying arson attack on their home in Littleborough, Rochdale. The incident occurred when a car parked in their driveway caught fire, subsequently spreading to the front of the property. The Greater Manchester Police (GMP) revealed that the attack, which took place at 01:15 BST on September 6, was believed to be an intentional act.
A 42-year-old man was taken into custody on suspicion of stalking and conspiracy to commit arson. Following his arrest, he was released on bail as investigations continue.
