The donated devices, which include laptops, tablets, and mobile phones, are valued at approximately £1,900. The council’s ICT disposal contract prioritizes sustainable practices by securely wiping redundant IT equipment, refurbishing them for reuse whenever possible. In partnership with Asset Lifecycle Solutions, Liverpool City Council ensures that devices no longer required by the Council find a second life, benefiting local organizations and providing social value to the community.
