Greek authorities, who made unsuccessful resuscitation attempts on the footballer, found no evidence of foul play during their investigation. Notably, Baldock had featured for Panathinaikos in a goalless draw against Olympiacos just three days before his untimely demise. In a heartfelt statement following his passing, Baldock’s family described him as a beloved father, fiance, son, brother, uncle, friend, teammate, and individual whose affectionate persona had touched many lives
