Imagine Liverpool is embarking on a new and exciting journey with a team of experts at its helm to drive forward a multi-billion pound regeneration effort in the city. Chaired by Patrick Nolan, the former Vice Chairman of HSBC Global Banking & Markets, this partnership aims to accelerate development in Liverpool over the next decade. With 13 board members on board, including renowned figures like Lord Stewart Wood and BAFTA-winning producer Jimmy Mulville, Imagine Liverpool is set to make a significant impact on the city’s economic landscape.

Endorsed by Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner, MP, the team of national and international experts will serve as ambassadors and advisors for Liverpool, offering guidance to investors, landowners, developers, and occupiers as the city undergoes a transformative period. Following their inaugural meeting in Liverpool, the team will be promoting investment opportunities in the city at the UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum.
