A tragic incident occurred in Enfield as a woman named Pamela Munro, aged 45, was fatally stabbed over the weekend. The Metropolitan Police, London Ambulance Service, and London’s Air Ambulance all responded to the stabbing at an address in Ayley Croft. Unfortunately, Ms. Munro succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
After an intensive investigation, a 29-year-old man was arrested on Monday morning on suspicion of murder and has been held in custody by the police. Detective Chief Inspector Neil John from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command expressed the ongoing efforts of the investigating officers in understanding the circumstances surrounding Pamela’s death. The family of the victim is receiving support during this devastating time.
Authorities are appealing to anyone who may have information pertaining to the incident or was present in Ayley Croft between 18:30 BST and 19:30 on the day of the incident. Officials are specifically requesting individuals who were driving through the area during that time and might have dashcam footage to come forward and assist with the investigation
