Man killed in Stanley shooting named as two arrested

Police have identified the victim of a fatal shooting in County Durham as Barry Dawson, a 60-year-old man who was shot in his home on Elm Street in Stanley. Durham Police revealed that Mr. Dawson died from a single gunshot wound at the scene. Two individuals, a 37-year-old man, and a 35-year-old woman, were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder in connection with the incident and are currently in police custody.
