Glasgow family unlawfully killed in wrong-way M6 Cumbria crash

A tragic incident occurred on the M6 near Tebay in Cumbria, resulting in the unlawful killing of a family in a head-on collision. The victims included two children, their father, and his partner. Jaroslaw Rossa, 42, and his sons Filip, 15, and Dominic, seven, from Glasgow, were involved in the fatal crash on 15th October. The coroner’s ruling confirmed that the collision was caused by a suicidal man driving the wrong way on the motorway.

Jade McEnroe, 33, along with Jaroslaw Rossa and the children, were returning from a trip to Legoland at the time of the incident. Witnesses reported the erratic driving behavior of the driver, identified as Richard Woods, who intentionally drove his car into the victims’ vehicle. The impact resulted in the death of the father, his sons, and Ms. McEnroe, while Ms. McEnroe’s seven-year-old son, Arran, was the sole survivor of the crash.
