Jamie Laing: Radio 1 DJ's Comic Relief challenge raises more than £2m

Jamie Laing, a BBC Radio 1 presenter, successfully completed his Comic Relief Ultra Marathon Man challenge, raising over £2 million for the charity. The former Made in Chelsea star ran five ultra marathons in five consecutive days, covering a total distance of 150 miles (241km) from London to Salford, where he crossed the finish line. Despite never having run more than 5km (3.1 miles) prior to taking on the challenge, Laing managed to push through mental and physical exhaustion.
