£65m EuroMillions jackpot won by UK ticket-holder on Valentine's Day

A lucky individual from the UK has managed to secure a £65m EuroMillions jackpot after winning the draw on Valentine’s Day. The winning combination consisted of the numbers 04, 14, 31, 36, and 38 with Lucky Stars 03 and 10. This successful player was able to match all seven numbers, resulting in a grand prize of £65,341,620.50, as confirmed by National Lottery operator Allwyn.

Additionally, in Friday evening’s EuroMillions UK Millionaire Maker draw, 14 UK players each took home £1 million. Winners have a period of 180 days to claim their prizes, and they have the option to either reveal their identities or remain anonymous when claiming their winnings. In a previous instance earlier this month, an anonymous UK winner claimed a jackpot exceeding £83.4m after 13 days. The National Lottery has ranked this win as the 23rd “most spectacular” win of all time.

The UK’s largest EuroMillions jackpot to date, amounting to £195m, was also claimed by an unnamed winner in July 2022. Another notable win in the same year was the £184m jackpot won by Joe and Jess Thwaite from Gloucester with a Lucky Dip ticket. In November 2024, an anonymous ticket-holder snagged the third-largest win of £177m.
