Key themes of the draft strategy include strengthening key sectors like Health & Life Sciences, Creative and Digital industries, Advanced Manufacturing, and Maritime to drive growth, innovation, investment, and productivity. Additionally, the strategy emphasizes building a resilient business base, ensuring access to skills development and employment opportunities, as well as placing people at the center of growth activities to support aspirations and networks.
To gather public input, various engagement events will be organized in the coming months, allowing individuals to share their views. Interested parties can also participate online to learn more about the strategy and provide feedback.
