A 20-year-old man named Kacper Dudek has died in County Donegal after a tree fell on his car. The incident happened on the N14, north of Lifford, near Ballinalecky Cross on Friday. The Red Status Gale Warnings have now ended in the Republic of Ireland, but until 9:00 am on Saturday, a yellow snow and ice warning was in place for Donegal.

As of Saturday morning, Irish police forensic collision investigators continue their full examination of Kacper Dudek’s tragic death whilst the country is continuing to deal with the aftermath of Storm Éowyn
