Several Level Up Giveaways customers have claimed they have not received their cash prizes from the company, which appears to have stopped paying out winnings worth tens of thousands of pounds. HGV driver Dafydd Bayliss, who won £18,000 from the competitions company, is among those left in the dark, despite having numerous conversations with Level Up Giveaways’ director Anton Hall, who said the money would be in Bayliss’ account within two to three days of his first win. He apologized to customers for his lack of communication and promised to respond to those who chased him up as soon as possible. However, none of the prize winners the BBC has spoken to saying they have heard from either the company or from Hall himself
