As the filming wraps up, there is a group hug and a cheer. But there’s no time to linger, as the team curry beckons.
Before leaving, Corden reiterates that this will be the final chapter for Gavin & Stacey: “I hope that it arrives at a place where people are happy to say goodbye to it. And I think they will.”
As for what happens to these characters now? “Well,” he shrugs, pausing for effect. “That’s up to people’s imaginations.”
