Ex-Bridgend councillor arrested after stabbing wife soothing baby


A man named Darren Brown, age 35 and a former councillor, was arrested for stabbing his wife Corinne last year while she was calming their baby. Brown was charged and convicted by a jury for attempted murder for the heinous act committed in their home located in Wildmill, Bridgend. The police arrived at their residence and questioned the individuals present at the doorway, asking who sustained injuries and who was responsible for the crime.
