A man has been accused of causing the death of a three-week-old infant in a traffic accident. Craig Nunn, 39, was arraigned with causing death by dangerous driving in connection with the deadly collision on the A451 in Worcestershire on Saturday at about 00:10 BST. A black Ford Focus and a black Suzuki Vitara collided on the stretch between Kidderminster and Stourport, with the child succumbing to injuries sustained in the Suzuki. According to West Mercia Police, Mr Nunn, of Sandy Lane, Stourport, was also arraigned with causing severe harm by dangerous driving, and will appear at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
Two additional persons from the Suzuki, a man and a woman in their twenties, were taken to hospital for medical attention. Authorities said their injuries did not appear to be life-threatening. Mr Nunn, the Ford Focus driver, was unhurt in the incident, which was disclosed on Sunday.
