Arrest over death of man near Livingston primary school


Police in West Lothian have reported that a man of 25 has been arrested in connection with the fatal assault of a man near a primary school. Gary Nicol, aged 50, was discovered with serious injuries in Livingston’s Bankton Lane area on 26 September and was pronounced dead at the location shortly after. The attack took place next to the popular Williamston Primary School.
