Van passenger pushes cyclist off bike in Nottinghamshire


Nottinghamshire Police has issued a video that shows a man being knocked off his bike by an unknown assailant driving a van. The footage is deemed “shocking” and has shocked the local community. This disturbing incident occurred on Nottingham Road in the area that separates Long Eaton from Toton, close to the Nottinghamshire-Derbyshire border.

The victim of this attack suffered injuries to his face, swelling in his knee, and bruising on his arms and legs. Following the attack, the brake levers, handlebars, and rear axle of his bike were also damaged. The event in question transpired in the early morning of the 9th of March. The police department has appealed to anyone who might have information regarding the offender to get in touch with them and aid their investigation.
