LE SSERAFIM have curated an exclusive playlist titled “Perfect Night” to accompany their cover appearance on NME. The girl group from K-pop has become the most recent to perform on The Cover, which highlights emerging talents worldwide. A featured artist will appear on The Cover every week, and the profile of LE SSERAFIM is written by Rhian Daly, with photographs by Kristen Jan Wong.

The exclusive playlist for NME features fifteen songs that the quintet has chosen to curate for a perfect night vibe, including deep cuts from Day6 and NIKI, and dance hits by Dua Lipa and Marshmello. Kim Chaewon started the playlist with laid-back tracks from Day6, EXO’s D.O. and the playlist’s namesake itself making up the Perfect Night song. Sakura chooses from the playlist’s country dance-pop hit “Miles On It” by Marshmello and Kane Brown and some mellow offerings by Henry Moodie and NIKI.

Korean-American member Huh Yunjin picked three diverse songs by Wave to Earth, Balming Tiger, and singer-songwriter Gracie Abrams. Kazuha shows her love for pop hits with her selection of “We Don’t Talk Anymore” by Charlie Puth and Selena Gomez, along with songs from boyband PRETTYMUCH and Dua Lipa. Lastly, Hong Eunchae highlights three emotionally stirring tracks from South Korean artists, such as the punk-pop “Drowning” from WOODZ, the French-language piano ballad “L’Amour, Les Baguettes, Paris” by Stella Jung, and Seori.

In their upcoming mini-album “Crazy,” LE SSERAFIM reveals their “fearless” image with their perfect coverage. “Idols are expected to present ourselves as perfect, but, at the same time, nobody’s perfect,” says Sakura. “We have our shortcomings. It takes courage to express those and show that weakness, but we try to embrace it and move forward.” Follow the recommended link to discover The Cover story with LE SSERAFIM and see who else has been on The Cover
