Last weekend, disorder broke out in Liverpool as riots erupted nationwide, resulting in damage to property and injuries to officers. Meanwhile, a 55-year-old woman from Cheshire who was arrested on suspicion of publishing written material to stir up racial hatred has been bailed while further inquiries are carried out.
