Ben Howard adds third London show to ‘I Forget Where We Were’ 10th anniversary tour

Singer-songwriter Ben Howard will play an extra show in London as part of his ‘I Forget Where We Were’ 10th anniversary UK and Ireland tour. The tour is set to take place this autumn to celebrate a decade since the release of his 2014 second studio album. The first two London dates will be at the Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith on 22 and 23 October. The newly announced show will be on 3 November. Tickets will go on general sale online on 9 August.

A press release said that “‘I Forget Where We Were’ was a landmark moment in Ben’s career that first opened the door to an uncompromising spirit that has since stood him so well.” Howard will perform the album in its entirety at the upcoming shows, with guests Billie Marten and Daisy Rickman.

Despite Howard’s reluctance to look back, ‘I Forget Where We Were’ was a huge success, with the album reaching Number One in the UK. The musician has also announced a 10th anniversary crystal clear vinyl reissue of the record, featuring alternative cover artwork. Readers can pre-order the vinyl online via benhowardmusic.co.uk.

Howard’s latest album, ‘Is It?’, was released last summer. He collaborated on an ethereal track with Aaron Dessner of The National, entitled ‘Rumble Strip’.
