Boomtown festival has sold a small stake to Live Nation, according to newly released documents. The British event and its organisers have become known for their environmentally conscious approach to the festival experience and for their eclectic line-ups of music, circus performers and theatrical experiences. Boomtown will take place at the Matterley Bowl in Winchester, UK from 7 to 11 August. The festival line-up is available on the Boomtown website, with final tickets for sale
