After being closed for four years due to the COVID-19 pandemic and damage caused by the 2020 explosion that devastated the city, Beirut’s AHM Club has reopened with a fresh new look. The reopening event featured performances from PAWSA and Dennis Cruz, leading up to an all-night event by Bedouin. The relaunch of the club was led by Factory People, a Beirut-based creative agency that collaborated with Lebanese architect Carl Gerges to design the venue.

The reopening also coincided with the celebration of a decade of nightlife in Lebanon, welcoming back throwback events like 2ND SUN, Love Night, and House of Pop, which have come to be synonymous with the AHM Club over the years. The club’s owner, Jade, had described the events of 2020 as a “huge catastrophe for morale,” following the devastating blast that destroyed most of the venue in Beirut’s city center.

The club has many upcoming events, including performances by Mathame, Nicole Moudaber, Innellea, Francis Mercier, Folamour, Adriatique, and more. Throughout the coming months, fans can look forward to many exciting events. Despite the hardships that the city has endured, the reopening of the AHM Club has provided some hope for the future of Beirut’s nightlife and entertainment industry.
