SEVENTEEN is planning to release a concert film documenting their ‘Follow Again’ tour in 2024. The South Korean boy band will partner with the local cinema chain CGV for an “exclusive release” of the film on August 14th in South Korea while limited screenings will commence on August 21st in the same country. Although there has been no announcement yet on international screenings, the band has teased fans globally that they may get to watch the concert film in their cities.
The members of SEVENTEEN announced the release of the ‘Follow Again to Cinemas’ film on July 16th. It will feature their first headline show at the World Cup Stadium in Seoul, which they played on April 27th and 28th this year, marking their first encore shows after having completed their previous ‘Follow’ tour of Asia. Joshua stated that “Carats (SEVENTEEN’s fanbase) around the world [are] welcome to this special cinema presentation of our 2024 concert at Korea’s Seoul World Cup Stadium”. The film will also include performances of new songs from their album ’17 Is Right Here’.
Tickets for the screening in South Korea will go on sale on July 23rd at 8 pm local time, with domestic reservations open to the public from July 24th. For fans outside South Korea, they can visit the film’s website and sign up for future updates and announcements on ticket sales. Trafalgar, the company behind the production and distribution of the film, will make the announcement and provide the tickets available for purchase on the same website.
