Blur has released a new clip from their upcoming documentary, To The End. The new clip, released on July 5th, provides a glimpse into the minutes leading up to the band’s performance at Wembley last year. The clip features throngs of fans at the sold-out Wembley Arena, as Damon Albarn, Alex James, Dave Rowntree, and Graham Coxon huddle together before heading out on stage. Albarn narrates the clip, sharing his relaxed attitude towards his singing ability and accepting that his voice can’t sing all the songs perfectly. The clip ends with Blur walking on stage to deafening applause.
Blur: To The End will hit theaters in the UK and Ireland on July 19. Bookings can be made at altitude.film/blur-to-the-end. The documentary follows the unique relationship of four friends, Damon Albarn, Graham Coxon, Alex James, and Dave Rowntree, as they came together in early 2023 to record new songs ahead of their sold-out, first-ever shows at London’s Wembley Stadium in July last summer.
This documentary is followed by the concert film of Wembley gigs titled Blur: Live at Wembley Stadium. The film will be released in cinemas across the UK & Ireland on September 6.
