The problem was first reported yesterday afternoon, and Xbox’s official support team shared a message informing players that they were aware of the problem and investigating it. Players may have had issues signing in, been disconnected while signed in, or have encountered other problems related to using features that require a sign-in. Microsoft engineers were working to fix the issue, but the fix took longer than expected.
