British trio London Grammar made a triumphant return to the stage at Glastonbury’s Park Stage on Thursday night. The performance marked their third appearance at Worthy Farm and celebrated 10 years since their debut set. Lead singer Hannah Reid appeared overwhelmed by the occasion.

The band played an emotional setlist spanning their three critically acclaimed albums. Fans were also treated to a preview of their upcoming album, “The Greatest Love”, during which they played their latest track “Into Gold” and “House”. The album is expected to be released on September 13.

Despite the band’s often pensive tone, Reid promised to bring “party vibes” at the end of the show. The band’s charismatic guitarist, Dan Rothman, lightened the mood and teased the crowd by joking that they shouldn’t be happy during the next few songs too.

Electronic musician George Fitzgerald also joined Reid and the band on stage for their classic track “Baby It’s You”. Throughout the emotional set, Reid struggled to hold back tears during the final performance of “Strong”.

This year’s Glastonbury comes to an end after an exciting lineup, which included a headline performance from Coldplay and a set from rising star Little Simz. Meanwhile, new Worthy Farm debutant Camila Cabello had what some described as a chaotic set. London Grammar’s performance, though, reaffirmed their position as one of the UK’s leading artists
