As the annual Glastonbury Festival prepares to kick off, the green gates to Worthy Farm have officially been opened by organiser Emily Eavis. A large crowd of festival-goers eagerly awaited the countdown before being unleashed onto the field in pursuit of the ideal camping spot.

Amongst the headline acts are pop sensation Dua Lipa, British rock group Coldplay, and American soul singer SZA. Shania Twain, Canadian country star, will also take on the coveted Legends slot.
As the anticipation builds, Glastonbury Festival is expected to draw in a large crowd of more than 200,000 people for its 49th year. With a vast variety of musical performers, art installations, and workshops, organisers hope to provide an immersive and thought-provoking experience that encapsulates the spirit of the festival.
