Kate Nash has unveiled plans for a UK and European tour set to take place later this year. The tour kicks off on November 21 in Glasgow’s Oran Mor and also includes shows in Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, London, Brighton and Dublin, with Nash wrapping up in the latter on December 18. She will additionally perform two shows at London’s KOKO on November 28 and the O2 Forum Kentish Town on April 9, 2025. Pre-sale for the tour has already begun and tickets go on sale to the general public on Wednesday, June 26, at 10 am BST.
Nash’s latest studio album, ‘9 Sad Symphonies,’ which is her first in six years, is described as a representation of a new artistic journey. Inspiration for the album reportedly comes from old Hollywood glamour, vintage musicals, and a relentless pursuit of beauty in a tumultuous world. ‘Yesterday Was Forever,’ the singer’s last studio album, was released back in 2018 via Grrrl Gang.
The forthcoming tour follows on from Nash’s recent work as an actor for Netflix series GLOW, on which she played Rhonda ‘Britannica’ Richardson. She has also made appearances in various other titles.
